WHERE CAN I START MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Subscriptions are currently OPEN!  You can click the link HERE to view the subscription page.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DECEMBER BOX? 

December boxes will ship by December 15th.  When inputting your address, keep this in mind in case you will be away for the holidays.

 

HOW MANY BOXES ARE AVAILABLE?

The quantities for the inaugural box are LIMITED!  We have under 25 available!

 

WHAT WILL COME IN MY BIRTHDAY LIFESTYLE BOX?

  • Each box is a SURPRISE.  However, you will know the theme and we will announce a couple of the items in the box upon the launch.

THIS WILL TAKE TOO LONG, HOW CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Refunds are only applicable if your box arrives damaged and you are not interested in a replacement.  Please email us at info@thebirthdaylifestyle.com

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We’re sad to see you go!

  • You can cancel your subscription after 2 quarters of being a subscriber. In order to provide you with the subscription discounted price and with free shipping, we require a minimum of 2 quarters’ subscription. If you have only been a subscriber for one month (only charged once), we cannot cancel your subscription until 2 charges have taken place.

Since this is a quarterly subscription, if you sign up for the December box, you would get the December and March boxes.  If you want to cancel after the March box, you can send an email to info@thebirthdaylifestyle.com with “Cancellation” in the subject.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not currently ship internationally. Hopefully, we will be able to ship internationally soon!
